Google Home Skill – Update April 14: Working for those who previously downloaded the skill. The skill is currently not displaying for new users and continues to be stuck in the new Google review process, which is possibly the most frustrating, discombobulated process we've ever seen. We know Google Home is important to many of our customers, and we continue to press hoping to break through.

LyncTouch Firmware – Version 5.0 is most current. How to update.

HTD Lync App – Discontinued in favor of using the HTD Home Audio App. All customers notified via email by October, 2022.

*Naming Sources: If you’re experiencing issues with naming sources on your MC/MCA-66, it might be due to unwanted source code  (commonly known as “bloatware”) from your phone manufacturer or carrier. Try clearing the app data: Go to Settings on your Android device. Tap on Apps > Home Audio > Storage > Clear App Data.

*Software Updates: Ensure you are running the most current version of Android for your device and that any carrier software is up to date.

*Device Variations: Due to the openness of Android apps and the numerous variations of phones, tablets, and carriers, it is challenging to write code that covers all variations. Uncommon or unknown Android devices (often sold on Amazon, Temu, and Alibaba at very low prices) may not be compatible.
