LGB-1
Increases the line level output by up to 12dB for any audio component with an inherently low level output, such as that found with the headphone output jack of a smart phone, MP3 player, computer sound card, etc.
Simply connect the line level output on the source device to the input side of the LGB-1 using a stereo 3.5mm or RCA-type patch cable. Similarly connect the output side of the LGB-1 to your amplifier, receiver, or whole-house audio controller. Increase the level by adjusting the recessed Left and Right knobs from 0 dB to 12 dB.

More Info
We designed the LGB-1 to solve an increasingly frustrating problem - how to get a quality line level output from a portable or computer device that is as strong as the signal typically found with a good CD player. Most smart phones, tablets, MP3 players, and many computer sound cards output a signal through a jack that is suitable for headphones, but rarely more than that. When plugging these devices into a home audio system, the flaw is easily noticed. The LGB-1 brings the output level of these small devices up to a level suitable for your "big" home audio equipment.
The LGB-1 has a full adjustment range of -12dB to 0 to +12dB. So in addition to increasing a weak signal, you can also attenuate a stronger than normal signal.
