While we believe the HTD brand offers the best audio bang for your buck, our risk free guarantee means you don’t have to just take our word for it. You have 30 days to audition our equipment and return for a full refund.

Here are the details:

From the moment the idea for Home Theater Direct^® entered our minds back in 1998, we knew we’d have to somehow overcome our customers’ inability to listen to our speakers in advance of purchase. Thus was born our risk free 30-day in-home trial. We figured if a customer was willing to stick his or her neck out to check out our speakers, then we ought to be willing to stick our necks out too. Not only does our risk free guarantee give our customers peace of mind, it also allows them to audition our products the way audio products should be auditioned- in your own home with your own equipment.

We're so sure you're going to love your new HTD products that if, after trying them out in your own home, you are not completely satisfied that HTD offers the absolute best value in home audio, simply return what you don't want within 30 days of receipt, *undamaged and in the original packaging, and we will refund your credit card or PayPal account for the price paid for each returned product.

In most cases we will also refund your initial shipping charge (please note: shipping charges are refunded at the lesser of the FedEx actual ground rate or FedEx capped rate even if your order used another shipping method). Your initial shipping charge will NOT be refunded if items are returned damaged or for one of the following reasons: 1. ordered too many, 2. ordered the wrong color, 3. ordered the wrong size, 4. item no longer needed, 5. order refused or otherwise undeliverable. No restocking fee will be applied.

If this is your first purchase with HTD and you are not 100% thrilled with our speakers, call us and we'll even send you prepaid FedEx shipping labels to return the speakers to us (excludes shipments to/from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and APOs and is limited to two pairs of bookshelf or in-wall speakers, one center channel speaker, and one powered subwoofer -we will not pay the return freight for Tower Speakers).

*An item that is returned in a condition that prevents the item from being sold in "like-new" condition may be assessed a fee of 15% or more of the original purchase price depending on the severity of the damage.

Please note that pre-paid charges related to shipping to countries outside of the United States are not refundable.
