Connect emitters to either an IR Distribution Block or our MC-86 Whole-House Audio Controller in order to pass infra-red signals along to components hidden out of sight of your remote control.

Connect any combination of 6 single or dual emitters to our IR Block and any combination of 3 single or dual emitters to the back of the MC-86. Place the flasher part of the emitter in front of the IR receiving eye in each component you'd like to control.

When using the MC-86 whole-house audio controller: Aim your remote control at either an IR receiving eye (model IR-RX connected directly to the MC-86) or at any of our KC2 digital keypads located throughout the house, and the IR signal is transfered through the MC-86 and on to every component with an IR emitter placed in front of it.

When using an IR distribution block (model: IR-BLOCK): Aim your remote control at the IR receiving eye (model IR-RX connected directly to the IR-BLOCK) and the IR signal is transfered through the IR-BLOCK and on to every component with an IR emitter placed in front of it.
Connection type: 3.5 mm (1/8") phone plug
Cable length: 6 feet
IR flashers: (1) single, or (2) double
