Increasingly, televisions and devices such as Apple TV and music streamers are providing digital audio outputs.  Use this quality DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) to convert the digital information into an analog signal necessary for whole-house audio distribution.

Inexpensive digital sources that include analog outputs (RCA or 3.5mm) typically include a rather inexpensive DAC inside.  Quality DACs like ours use a higher bit conversion and sampling rate resulting in sound that is far fuller and crisper.  Don't let your inexpensive source's analog output be the limiting factor in achieving great sound- use a quality DAC!

Finally, an affordable high-end DAC for your digital audio devices!  Until now, DACs have either been low price with sub-standard components, or priced well over $100 for audio enthusiasts only.


We took a new approach and selected quality components like the Cirrus Logic CS4396 DAC chip and Texas Instruments TI9001 and combined them with a Motorola NE-5532 OP Amp.  The catch?  We build them into a simple black box without the expense of a big-name brand printed on the outside.  And like all HTD products, we only sell them direct to consumers, thereby cutting out all middleman margins.


The result is the perfect little DAC for getting the best sound out of your digital audio equipment.
