Instead we hire people who are passionate about home audio and the technology that drives the way it is distributed and enjoyed throughout the home. Our goal is to help people live better through great audio in their home and our customer/technical support reps are a conduit to make that happen. Helping our customers achieve success in their home audio project is what drives our success. In addition to telephone, email, and case support, HTD customer/technical support reps are also included in many other aspects of our business including: processing customer feedback, improving our website and other customer interfaces, new product development and testing, as well as analyzing current and forthcoming technologies.
